okay I AM BACK. finally. though my dad is SORTA angry, because I ditched swimming today. I told him I got back from tesselation late. oh well. lots to say, actually. about band. I hope no one minds my ranting. alrighty then.
BAND.
great. so. starting on day one. only 4 of us turned up. 2 dont play, so there was only 2 of us left. absolutely brilliant. day 2. a sec 1 guy from 104 called yong xiang transferred into my section from cornet. the sec 3s being at OBS, i had to handle a new guy. PLUS go through basics with my sec 1s. found out that the sec 1s cant play much. when we played together as a sec 1 band plus some ASLs it sounded horrible. day 3. yesterday. not too bad. daniel didnt make the sec 1s split from the sec 2s.. so we were sorta learning each other's songs. yes. so. i realised that siying and YX are trying really hard. and today i saw YX polishing his instrument. WOW. that was like, the first time anyone from my section has ever done that, let alone a sec 1. back to yesterday, after we kept instruments, daniel made them fall in and do drills. he asked the ASLs to shout commands. and I was like, the FIRST ONE. I couldnt do it. I admit it, I CHICKENED OUT. i could tell that daniel was kind of pissed with my silence. so he asked joyce (coolly) to substitute for me. THANK YOU DANIEL. i am so glad faith is back. =).

today after the tesselation thing we went out for lunch. now i feel guilty about eating fast food and NOT SWIMMING. argh. okay, better go now. have to go get ready for piano class.
