week 4 of the new school term. things are looking up. =)
band today, finally. and with the sec twos! well I guess the exclaimation mark is unnecessary.. heh. we learnt a little of this new piece called "somewhere out there". its from a movie I watched, called An American Tale, or something. quite nice. but halfway sir called the SLs and ASLs out to talk to him, we spent the rest of the prac under a tree chatting about band comp and instruments and stuff. DARN. there is a euphonium/trombone solo in the song. Faith and I have agreed to rotate, yay! I gave my speech today, and it was terrible. everyone was itching to get home, I doubt anyone remembered anything LOL. ah well. there is practise again tomorrow, cant wait. will have to spend some money photo-copying stuff for my section. Bleh. xDD
