AAH news. I wonder if, at the end of this post, the good news will turn sour. most probably. well. the good news is that I am no longer going to china. so all the inner debating about whether to go for band, to china, or to india was for nothing. bad news, my results suck so badly I might have to quit band. but I am currently trying to think up a speech for my parents to con them into letting me stay in band. working on it, not really succeeding. I mean, what can I say, that band is sooooo important to me (it is), and that I'll do everything in my power to meet my target score? I have a committment to band! it's as simple as that. but they'll never understand it, though I hope that one day, they will. don't know why, but suddenly I feel that we're all bonded somehow, like there's suddenly some hope that the Eupho section won't be the forgotten section anymore. seriously, we are. there are times (a lot of times) when people either mistaken us for another section, or just completely forget about us. my section now holds a grudge against this one person who left us standing there in the back while everyone else had already been released to clean instruments. *wrings fingers* it's reallly really annoying. what am I supposed to do when my section's juniors think that our section gets dumped with the leftovers?
