OH GOODNESS. today on the bus, I saw something quite gross. I was about 5 stops away from my house, and this fat dude boarded. he looked like any other normal guy, except that he was wearing some sweatband thing and had longish straggly hair. he was also carrying a pink sling bag, and I mean PINK as in, hot pink. he sat in front of me (at the 4 seater chairs) and took out a pink handphone pouch. with some weird cat on it. hmm. on closer inspection, his fingernails were perfectly manicured, looked even better than Amelia's, and on his finger was a silver ring with a heart. like one of those (not trying to imply anything) girls. oh, he also had a purple braclet on his wrist.
okay, it isn't really all that strange, and I don't have anything against people like this, but it kind of irked me a bit, couldn't stop staring. had to avert my eyes to the window and the floor, but somehow they just kept slipping to his fingers. really. buffed and shiny and everything. the nails, I mean. haha.
well, that's about the most interesting thing that happened today. tomorrow is Deepavali! and contrary to belief, I do not celebrate it. LOL. my aunt from NZ is coming tmw! how wonderful. her husband is coming too. they're staying for about a month, after which my grandmother will come and live with us til she is better. which won't be for another 6 months, so hopefully this will teach me to have some self control. yay!
oh, something random, I saw a giant lizard in my maid's room today. not your average LARGE lizard. it was so huge, like 3 times it's normal size. I wonder what she has been feeding it. hope she doesn't have any more pets she hasn't told us about. (shudder)
